The matter relates to an advertisement for recruitment of assistant teachers dated 29.12.2011. In the combined merit list the petitioner was shown but has not been called for counselling which appears from page 49 of the writ application. This combined merit list was published in the year 2015. Thereafter the petitioner filed one writ application, which was withdrawn with liberty to file it afresh on the self-same cause of action. The number of the writ application is W. P. 16390 (W) of 2014 and the order was passed on 09.07.2014. Thereafter the petitioner filed one representation through his learned advocate on 16.07.2019 after more than five years. In the meantime, according to the petitioner, he filed one application under Right to Information Act in April, 2018.

After such a long time from the date when the

first writ application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file it afresh, I cannot pass any order, which can reopen the issue.

Therefore, I dismiss this writ application.
