The writ application has been preferred challenging the order of rejection of the application filed by the petitioner for M.R.Dealer at Mouza- Monoharpur, Near Bhootur More, within Police Station - Bhavanipur, DistrictPurba Medinipur.

It appears that the petitioner in the present case has filed a representation before the appropriate authority being the respondent nos. 4 and 6 but the same has not been considered by the said authorities.

On hearing the parties, the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent nos. 4 and 6 shall consider the representation dated 5.8.2025 filed by the petitioner before the said respondents within 60 days from the date of communication of this order on hearing all the parties and dispose of the same in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order.

Writ application stands disposed of.
