Kish Engineering Private Limited Mr. Pourush Bandyopadhyay Mr. Sagnik Basu Mr. Arya Banerjee ..for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the decree holder praying for a direction upon the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 18th Court at Alipore to dispose of Misc. Case No. 16 of 2018 filed in connection with Arbitration Execution Case No. 20 of 2017 expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to issue notice upon the opposite parties.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or upon the learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge. From the ordersheet appended to this application this Court finds that 1st October, 2024 was fixed for hearing of the miscellaneous case.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that next date for hearing of the miscellaneous case has been fixed on 18th May, 2025.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 3379 of 2024 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 18th Court at Alipore to dispose of Miscellaneous Case No. 16 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

No order as to costs.
