Considering the fact that charge has been submitted against the petitioner under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c)/25/27A/28/29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, I do not find any scope to quash the criminal proceeding pending in the Trial Court.
