The Assistant Env. Engineer, Hooghly R.O. has 19.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.32 Rakib submitted a report. Report reflects that at the time of inspection there was no infraction detected at the behest of the respondent nos. 6 and 7.

Petitioner is aggrieved that the earlier order which was passed by the West Bengal Pollution Control Board, so far as compliances which were required to be made by the Chandernagore police station for overseeing the accusations made by the petitioner be adhered to, the same allegedly were not complied with.

Having considered that on inspection the West Bengal Pollution Control Board did not find any violation of the same, at this stage there is no scope for interference. However, since a direction was already existing, police authorities would oversee that there is no violation. If any fresh inconvenience is faced by the

petitioner, petitioner would file a representation to the police authorities and who would act in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22856 of 2023 is disposed of.
