1. By the revisional application, the petitioner has challenged the order dated May 3, 2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kandi, Murshidabad in Title Appeal No.07 of 2025.

2. The learned appellate court rejected an application for stay of the judgment. The learned court was of the view that, when the suit was dismissed the question of stay of any proceeding that may arise from the dismissal order, did not arise.

3. This Court finds that the learned appellate court was absolutely correct. There is no scope for any revision of the order impugned before me. However, the learned court is requested to dispose of the Title Appeal No.07 of 2025, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date of communication of this order, upon allowing all the parties to contest the same.

4. Accordingly the revisional application is disposed of.

5. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
