It appears that upon completion of the investigation, charge-sheet has been submitted and that the petitioner has substantially complied with the conditions, as incorporated in the order dated 13th September, 2019 passed in CRAN 2934 of 2019 with CRM 9312 of 2017.

In view thereof, the condition as incorporated in the order dated 13th September, 2019 to the effect that the petitioner shall 'meet the Officer-in-Charge of the Taherpur Police Station once in a month until further orders', is waived.

The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 5 of 2021 is disposed of.
