The petitioner seeks to challenge the proceedings initiated under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') by the bank. The bank has already issued a notice under Section 13(2) of the said Act, of which the petitioner seeks a stay.

The petitioner is at liberty to approach the bank to render immediate payments and further regular payments over a period of time which the bank will consider once the petitioner approaches.

With these observations, the present writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
