In compliance with the direction of this Court dated January 06, 2025, The District Inspector of Schools (Primary Education), District : 24-Parganas (South), the respondent no.4. herein files his report dated February 10, 2025, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said report that the petitioner is required to refund a total sum of Rs.4,44,964/- (Ruppes Four Lakh Forty four Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Four only) in the relevant Government account to get the benefit of family pension.

Mr. Maity, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that within two weeks from date the petitioner shall deposit the said amount with the relevant Government account under T.R. Form No.7. The respondent no.4, upon deposit of the same shall take forward steps for preparation of the pension papers of the petitioner and to send it to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group

Insurance, the respondent no.3 herein and the said respondent upon receipt of the said pension papers shall take steps for issuance of the Pension Payment Order in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

WPA 23870 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.

Urgent Photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
