However, the present revisional application relates to M. Ex. No.624/19 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that excess amount has been paid by the present petitioner. On the other hand, learned advocate for the opposite party No.1 also submits that so far as the amount which was

prayed for before the learned trial court for recovery of the arrears, said amount has been received by her client. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the respective parties, there are no dues so far as the opposite party No.1 is concerned.

As such, M. Ex. No.624/19 be dropped by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas. So far as the other issues are concerned or further arrears in respect of each execution cases are concerned or reduction, setting aside or enhancement of the maintenance amount is concerned, all issues would be considered by the learned trial court.

Accordingly, CRR 3885 of 2022 along with CRAN 4 of 2023 is disposed of.
