Considering the nature of dispute involved in this writ petition which is between the petitioner and the private respondent and out of which a criminal case is also pending between them, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 22872 of 2023 is dismissed. However, petitioner may avail any other alternative remedy if it is available to it under the law. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J.)
