In pursuance to the order dated 4th of July, 2025 the petitioners has filed the amended writ petition after affirming the same.

Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner be taken on record.

It appears from the affidavit that amended copy of writ petition has already been served upon the respondents including the added respondent West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (<HIDCO=).

Considering the same, it appears that the petitioners have perfectly complied with the direction of this Court vide order dated 4th of July, 2025.

Since the petitioners have placed the amended pleadings the State authority is at liberty to use affidavit-in-opposition, if any, against such

pleadings within two weeks hence. Reply, if any, by the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. Let the matter go out of list.

Parties are at liberty to mention after exchange of affidavits.
