Ms. Ghosh, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the acts of commission and/or omission of the respondent authorities has been redressed, during the pendency of the writ petition, as an order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of the Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as "SARFAESI Act") has been passed on October 8, 2025.

3. The writ petition has, thus, become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.

5. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
