1. The order dated June 10, 2025 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Chinsurah, Hooghly, is under challenge before this Court. The learned Court had stayed the proceeding in Title Suit No. 111 of 2021 till the disposal of Title Suit No. 313 of 2022.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the order. On an earlier occasion, the High Court had directed that the Title Suit No. 111 of 2021, should be disposed of within six months from the date of communication of the order.

3. I find from the order impugned that, the Title Suit No. 313 of 2022 which was originally filed before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chinsurah,

Hooghly in 2018, was renumbered upon transfer to the Court of learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd Court, Chinsurah. Initially, the suit was registered as Title Suit No. 122 of 2018. Upon transfer, by the order of the learned District Judge Hooghly, the same was renumbered as Title Suit No. 313 of 2022. As both the suits, namely, Title Suit No. 313 of 2022 and Title Suit No. 111 of 2021 are pending before the same court and they are between the same parties, and are arising out of the same property, justice demands that both the suits should be tried and disposed of analogously. The order impugned is set aside.

4. The learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 2nd court, Chinsurah will decide the Title Suit No. 111 of 2021 and Title Suit No. 313 of 2022 expeditiously, by trying the same analogously.

5. With the above observations, the revisional application being CO 3607 of 2025 stands disposed of.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
