This matter appears for correction and necessary order.
In the second page of order dated 4th of July, 2025 in the last line of the 1st paragraph the CAN number should be read as <CAN 1 of 2024= instead of <CAN 3 of 2025=.
The office is directed to correct the above mentioned rectification in the order itself.
The remaining portions of the said order shall remain unaltered.
In pursuance to the order dated 4th of July, 2025 the petitioners has filed the amended writ petition after affirming the same.
Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner be taken on record.
It appears from the affidavit that amended copy of writ petition has already been served upon the respondents including the added respondent West Bengal Housing Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (<HIDCO=).
Considering the same, it appears that the petitioners have perfectly complied with the direction of this Court vide order dated 4th of July, 2025.
Since the petitioners have placed the amended pleadings the State authority is at liberty to use affidavit-in-opposition, if any, against such pleadings within two weeks hence. Reply, if any, by the petitioners within two weeks thereafter. Let the matter go out of list.
Parties are at liberty to mention after exchange of affidavits.
