1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and more particularly the statement of the son of the deceased and also having regard to the criminal antecedent of the present petitioner, which reveals from the case diary, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. However, we also record that from the case diary it reveals that there are six criminal cases including sessions trial cases are pending against the present petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
