We restore WPLRT 110 of 2023 to its original file and number.

CAN 1 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly.

In re.:WPLRT 110 of 2023 The writ petitioners seek expeditious disposal of O.A. 1512 of 2017 (LRTT) pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioners submits that, the original application is pending since 2017. Every day, the private opposite parties are taking

adjournment on one pretext or the other.

State is represented.

The original application is pending since 2017. We are informed that, the next date fixed before the Tribunal is January 29, 2024.

In such circumstances, we request the learned Tribunal to endeavour to dispose of the original application within three months from January 29, 2024.

Learned Tribunal is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. WPLRT 110 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
