Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

Having considered the materials on record including the statement of witnesses which show petitioner/husband subjected housewife to torture who suffered unnatural death within two years of marriage leaving behind a four month old child.

We are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
