This is an application for expeditious hearing of the Title Suit No.3 of 2000 pending before the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Sealdah. Record reveals that 31st March, 2023 was fixed for evidence of the plaintiff's witness. Since the suit is of the year 2000, CO 3369 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, 1st Court at Sealdah to dispose of the Title Suit No.3 of 2000 as expeditiously as possible, preferably by the end of June 2024, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
