The petitioners seek permission for conducting the Durga puja in the Tarakeswar Mainak Abasan Abasik Samiti.

The petitioners have not been able to produce the hard copy of the permission granted to the petitioners for performing the puja for the last year.

In the absence of the aforesaid document, the petitioners cannot apply on the online portal for obtaining permission.

It will be open for the petitioners to perform the puja in accordance with the prevailing Rules. 5.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
