Having regard to the fact that the offences complained of are exclusively magistrate triable and bail was granted on 1st June, 2023, I am of the view that if the petitioner finds that there are circumstances which are in detriment to the trial to which the accused persons are responsible, petitioner is granted liberty to file appropriate application before the learned trial court. No interference is made by this court at this stage. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail being CRM(SB) 202 of 2023 is disposed of.
