Chakroborty, Ms. Nazia Parveen ...for the petitioners Mr. Debasish Roy, Ld.P.P., Mr. Suman De, Mr. Parvej Alam ...for the State This application has been preferred against the order dated 23rd July, 2025 by which the Court below had issued warrant of arrest against two petitioners since no steps was taken on their behalf. Mr. Suman De, learned Counsel who usually appears on behalf of the State is appointed to appear on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authority. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners were earlier granted interim bail by the Court vide order dated 12th September, 2023 and accordingly the petitioners also filed bail bond and were released.

Having heard learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and the State, the instant application being CRR 4380 of 2025 is hereby disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below within a period of 2 weeks and in the event of such surrender, the Court below will dispose of their prayer in accordance with law without being influenced by any observation made herein.

The warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners is stayed for a period of two weeks or till the petitioners surrender before the Court, whichever is earlier.
