Petitioners submit that they have been falsely implicated in this case and they are not named in the First Information Report. They pray for anticipatory bail.

Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record including the statements of witnesses recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The witnesses have disclosed complicity of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners and the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
