Perused the report forwarded by the Revenue Inspector, Jerthan No. 5 Block, Egra I wherefrom it appears that encroachment has been detected over Government plot of land.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant Engineer (PWD) Roads to take immediate steps for removal of the unauthorised encroachment strictly in accordance with law after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties at the earliest but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
