This Court cannot go into such fact as it is well settled that records of proceedings of a court or a Tribunal is sacrosanct and the same cannot be allowed to be contradicted before a superior forum by way of filing any affidavit.

Faced with such situation, the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for liberty to file an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal. In the light of the submissions made by the learned advocate for the petitioner, C.O. 3614 of 2025 stands disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the learned Tribunal. If such an application is filed the learned Tribunal shall

consider the same in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the opposite parties. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
