Only then he can prevent implementation of those orders as sought to be attempted in the instant writ (WPA 21546 of 2022), where the impugned order dated 30th September, 2022 was made refusing such relief.

Entertaining this appeal would be interfering with the courts' implementation of its order, which is valid and subsisting.

We accordingly dismiss the appeal and the connected application.
