1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record including the evidence of the minor victim. She stated she was forcibly raped by the petitioners. In view of gravity of the offence and the evidence of the minor implicating the petitioners for an offence which would attract mandatory life imprisonment, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.
