Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been running a proprietorship business in the name and style of "Pyne Fruit Juice and Restaurant". One fine morning the police authority came to the restaurant and stopped preparation of a particular food item therein. The petitioner was called to the police station and pursuant to a conversation with the police he was allowed to open the restaurant and carry on his business. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to several complaints lodged by the local people, the police held an enquiry at the shop of the petitioner and found an extension of the shop on the road obstructing smooth flow of traffic.

Since the petitioner is continuing to run his business and submits that there is no police intervention at present, the writ petition has become redundant and is accordingly disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
