The report states that there are number of call details recording between the petitioner and the person arrested with the commercial quantity of narcotics as well as other co-accuseds. In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Commercial quantity of narcotics was seized from the possession of the person arrested.

In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 4883 of 2022 is dismissed.
