And In the matter of: Mosraf Sk @ Mosaraf Sk @ Masharaf Sk and another ....Petitioners Mr. Partha Sarathi Das, Mr. Priyankar Ganguly, Ms. Shalini Bairagi ...for the Petitioners Mr. Prasun Kr. Datta, ld. APP Mr. Nirupam Dhali ...for the State Prayer for pre-arrest bail of co-accused was turned down in CRM 2614 of 2022.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
