1. An affidavit of compliance has been filed by the respondent nos. 2 & 3 annexing a chart showing payment made to the petitioner.

2. The figures mentioned in the chart and the heads of deduction are disputed by the petitioner.

3. As the payment has been made pursuant to a contract entered in between the parties, the Writ Court will not enter into the same and adjudicate the dispute raised.

4. It will be open for the petitioner to approach the competent forum for relief in accordance with law, if so advised.

5. The issue of payment of interest on account of delayed payment of the dues is also left open to be agitated by the petitioner before the competent forum.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
