The son of the de facto complainant is yet to be recovered. The statement of one witness has directly implicated the present petitioner for disappearance of the son of the de facto complainant. There are other incriminating materials available in the case diary suggestive of the involvement of the present petitioner.

On such consideration, this application is dismissed. 4.
