This is a writ petition of the year 2009. When the writ petition was taken up for hearing on 15th December, 2009, the matter was adjourned as the service of the writ petition was not complete. No affidavit of service is on record to show that the writ petition was thereafter duly served upon the respondents. Petitioner was also not represented on several occasions thereafter. As such, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to move the instant writ petition and it also appears that nothing survives to be decided in the instant writ petition.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition stands dismissed for default.
