During the course of hearing, Mr. Rohit Das, learned Advocate appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4, highlights that no affidavit in respect of the application being CAN 3 of 2023 has been called for from the said respondents. Accordingly, he prays for leave to file an affidavit-in-opposition to the said application. 3.
Record reveals that CAN 3 of 2023 was filed as far back as in the year 2023 and was served upon all the respondents. However, no leave was prayed for on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 to file an affidavit-in-opposition. However, to address the issue effectively, leave is granted to the respondents to file their affidavit-in-opposition of the application, CAN 3 of 2023. 4.
Let affidavit-in-opposition to the application, CAN 3 of 2023 be filed within a period of two weeks from date. Reply, if any, be filed a week thereafter.

List the matter for further consideration under the same heading three weeks hence.
