Petitioner has filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering and disposing of the its representation dated 3rd August, 2023, made before the respondent authority concerned against the blockage of Electronic Credit Ledger of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 22899 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the respondent authority concerned/respondent no.1 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or its authorized representatives within four weeks from the date of communication of this order.
