1. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
2. Out of five victims, one Ramjan Sk. is stated to have suffered two fractures on his head in a free fight between two groups.
3. The charge-sheet in the case has already been filed.
4. It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioners that there is no past criminal antecedent against the petitioners. More than one year has elapsed in the meantime since date of occurrence.
5. Regard being had to such facts and submissions, factum of permanent residence of the petitioners, completion of investigation and especially, no record of past criminal antecedent against them, it is directed that the each of the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad, in G.R. Case arising out of Raghunathganj Police Station Case No. 274 of 2022 dated 03.05.2022 on such terms and conditions as deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the
case.
6. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is allowed.
7. The application being CRM (A) 4893 of 2022 is disposed of.
8. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad, is directed to act upon the server copy of this order.
