Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. Petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

I find from the report submitted by the police authorities that a long standing dispute emanated in the year 2010 which is still continuing.

Accordingly, cases have been registered in 2010, 2022, 2024 and lastly a writ petition was preferred wherein by an order dated 13.08.2025 in WPA 18297 of 2025, this Court was pleased to direct the police authorities to act whenever there is violation of law and order.

Petitioners complain of certain violation of law and order and non-response on the part of the police authorities.

In view of the report so submitted and the long standing dispute so pending between the petitioner and the private respondents, I direct that police authorities would adhere to the directions passed in WPA 18297 of 2025 and in case

cognizable offence is made out, they would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 23424 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
