This writ petition was taken out seeking a direction upon the concerned respondents to recommend the name of the petitioners for the post of Assistant Teacher in Physical Education (Pass) reserved for SC for any school of Western Region incorporating the name of the petitioners in the panel prepared on the basis of 7th Regional Level Selection Test. The said selection test was held in 2006. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
