2. The D. I. of Schools has submitted that in the opinion of the Superintendent of Chanchal SSH, the medical condition of the petitioner does not come within the purview of the accepted conditions for transfer. The D. I. has submitted a report dated 16.04.2024 which is taken on record.

3. Let a copy of the report and a copy of the medical opinion be served on the counsel for the petitioner.

4. With the aforesaid directions, the contempt application is disposed of.
