Pursuant to earlier order dated 14.10.2022, Katwa Police Station has submitted a report.

It appears that there is no construction on the property as on date. Civil Suit is pending in which the order of status quo has been passed.

Police shall ensure that the order of the Civil Court is strictly complied with.

The police shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

The report of the police is kept with the record. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of.

7.

There will be no order as to costs.
