Perused the case diary.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of witnesses, the seizure list showing recovery of looted articles from beside the petitioner's house and the call detail records showing calls being made at the relevant time between the petitioner and the other accused, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
