Report reflects that police authorities have already on September 5, 2022 initiated a proceeding under Section 107 of Cr.P.C. against the respondent no.4. As steps have been taken by the police authorities, no further order need be passed in the present writ petition. The Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for enforcing her civil rights as directed in the earlier order dated 17.5.2017 in W.P. 13896(W) of 2017 by a Co-ordinate Bench.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 23229 of 2022is disposed of.
