Heard learned counsels for the parties.

The petitioner alleges that an amount of Rs.30 lakhs was transferred from her bank account to some other account. Upon lodging complaint before the police authority an amount of Rs.4,13,264/- has been recovered and transferred to her account.

The petitioner seeks liberty to lodge a fresh complaint before the police authority for recovery of the remaining amount. Such liberty is granted.

Since nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the writ petition, the same is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
