The police submit that seizure list was prepared in accordance with law and in connection with FIR being Garfa PS Case No. 57/22 dated 27.02.2022.

The petitioner has already applied in the Court below for return of the seized articles. The ACJM concerned shall dispose of the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
