Ms. Alam, learned advocate appearing for the contemnors by placing before this Court affidavits of compliance in terms of the order dated 23rd August 2024, submits that the order dated 23rd March,2023, has already been complied with.

Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the applicants acknowledges such fact.

Having regard to the aforesaid, I am of the view that nothing survives in the aforesaid contempt application and the same is accordingly disposed of.

As a consequence thereof, the rule of contempt also stands discharged.
