Petitioner is aggrieved that the I.O. in respect of FIR No. 380 of 2022 registered by Ghola Police Station is harassing him.

The petitioner claims to be afflicted with cerebral ailments.

The private respondent is represented.

It is submitted that the private respondent is the de facto complainant of the FIR. He has also filed a civil suit against the petitioner for breach of contract and trust. 5.

It is submitted that investigation has been completed and charge sheet no. 92 of 2023 dated 27.02.2023 has been filed.

The prayer of the petitioner for change of I.O. is not entertained since such a prayer cannot be maintained at the instance of an accused in FIR.

7.

The prayer for relaxation of condition of bail may be made before the ACJM concerned by the petitioner. 8.

The writ petition is disposed of.

9.

There will be no order as to costs.
