Tohida Khatun & Anr Mr. Arijit Ganguly Ms. Manisha Sharma ... for the State The revisional application was preferred challenging the order dated 10.04.2012 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate in Misc. Case No.527 of 2011 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The learned Magistrate by the said order was pleased to award interim maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month. Having regard to the quantum which was awarded and the fact that the same was by way of interim order during the pendency of the main application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. I am of the view that no interference is called for.

CRR No.3067 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
