Mr. Dilip Kumar Maity, Advocate ... for the petitioners Mr. Dilip Kumar Sinha, Advocate ... for the private respondent Petitioners filed the present writ petition with a prayer to obtain a direction upon the District Magistrate & Collector, Purba Medinipur for disposal of the appeal being Appeal No. 3 (AO) of 2019 filed under Section 10(4) of the West Bengal Highways Act, 1964.

Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned advocate appearing for the State respondents produced a copy of the order dated December 27, 2019 passed by the District Magistrate & Collector, Purba Medinipur disposing of the said appeal No. 3 (AO) of 2019.

In view of the above, the writ petition, WPA 21237 of 2019 is disposed of by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer & Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Tamluk to complete the proceeding as directed by the Appellate Authority positively within six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Department is directed to forthwith issue urgent certified website copies of this order subject to compliance of the required formalities by the parties. ( Ashis Kumar Chakraborty, J.)
