We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is the husband of the victim housewife. She was tortured. As a result, she committed suicide within two years of marriage.

In view of the nature of offence, we are of the opinion, this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
