On the prayer of Mr. Sudhangshu Nath, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners, this writ petition, WPA 22929 of 2023 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action, as there is some formal defects in this writ petition submitted on behalf of the petitioners.

Mr. Soumitra Bandyopadhyay, learned counsel appearing for the State-respondents submits that the land was acquired. Compensation was determined and then paid to the petitioners and the petitioners have challenged for enhancement of such compensation for which writ Court is not the forum.
